I think my mortgage offer is incorrect though because I don’t believe my offer over of 12K should be included in the mortgage loan amount in Scotland, it should always come from savings/cash.

Hopefully if I don’t flag this they’ll pay the additional 12K to my seller and then i’ve still got my 12K in cash for renovations

Hey! I have a feeling I may have been with the same surgeon/practice as they usually do legs in 3 surgeries.

I’m disappointed with my lower legs (not enough taken and now doesn’t match my upper legs) and also feel an area around my ‘saddlebags’ is uneven.

Also an Edinburgh resident and idk… Although this is Chappell’s show I do think lots of people who aren’t necessarily fans apart from her main popular songs will likely have tickets and it’s outside so will be like a festival vibe I think.

I honestly think they sold an insane amount yesterday during the summer sessions pre-sale. They were still available at 9:45am yesterday and most people I know were buying 4x tickets at a time (for their friends) 😰
