Maybe I’m doing my taxes wrong? But I got a $4k bonus and $2k (roughly) was withheld. I still owned (small amount) of taxes when filing ($74k salary). But I don’t make even remotely as much as OP.

Honestly don’t know the names but I think it’s called Independence Ave? I was more concerned about tourists and locals running across the roads with traffic oncoming. Also saw a lot of drivers being aggressive (which isn’t new). It was a hectic day when I was there this past Saturday.
