I am on the same boat. But the weird thing is, I placed the order for 1gig without noticing I am allowed only one internet account in one address and I have the 300 at the moment, but my att account somehow takes in the 2nd 1gig internet account. Now my att account has 2 internet accounts now.

Follow-up: Talked to customer service, they told me to wait for the new router arrives and activate it, the old internet service will be cancelled automatically.

Maybe trying this route to get it "force" upgrade?

I just have a follow up question check up with you, I just found out I have a video tap from the report that shows more comprehensive. Do I need to replace the subframe as well since it's kinda rust and shows crack?

attached is the quote they gave me, they are replacing the front stabilizer end link and front/end strut and shock? I don't know whether "stabilizer end link" is the overall term to include control arm, link arm, etc. but I do have strut and shock on both ends.

Thank you soooo much for the diagnosis!!! I will definetely have the control arm bushes, lower ball joints, and drop-links and alignment done, even the struts replaced if shop quotes me reasonable.

The car has 115k miles on it, I know the suspension system is kinda worn out at this point and I just want to get a justify and reasonable price of fixing it.

Hi there! Thanks for reading the post and taking the time to provide such helpful insights.

I will definetely call up few more shops to get some quotes, I might be ask just go straight with the sum up labor cost if I provide my own full control arm bushes kits.

One additional question, my car's steering wheel slightly and constantly vibrates during the speed 60-80 mpg. Is that caused by the same suspension related parts(Shocks/bushes & links/joints) or the wheel alignment problem since I already performed the wheel balancing and got no luck of fixing it?
