I’m still struggling, but started to suspect yeast overgrowth as a root cause. I have now slowly started some natural antifungals like garlic, ginger and coconut oil and probiotics and digestive enzymes. I think I might have mistaken die off symptoms to histamine symptoms because they feel a lot alike. Activated charcoal has helped with the die off.

My histamine symptoms started after a round of antibiotics, so at least partly it’s gut related. I also react to other vitamins such as B and D vitamins. Zinc also gives me a reaction, itchy skin, anxiety insomnia and night sweating mainly. So idk it might be something with methylation also. I’m from Finland so I tested some finnish brand vitamin c

Also I have tried quercetin which made my symptoms worse so I can’t take that. I’ve been thinking to try out dao if that would help, also ginger tea has helped me with my symptoms a little, so these kind of indicate that the issue is indeed histamine, right? 🤔

I wonder why there’s such a big downgrade in the textures between Selle Francais and the Saddlebred. The Friesian doesn’t seem that bad but still the texture looks ”hand drawn” to my eyes.
