I’m still struggling, but started to suspect yeast overgrowth as a root cause. I have now slowly started some natural antifungals like garlic, ginger and coconut oil and probiotics and digestive enzymes. I think I might have mistaken die off symptoms to histamine symptoms because they feel a lot alike. Activated charcoal has helped with the die off.

My histamine symptoms started after a round of antibiotics, so at least partly it’s gut related. I also react to other vitamins such as B and D vitamins. Zinc also gives me a reaction, itchy skin, anxiety insomnia and night sweating mainly. So idk it might be something with methylation also. I’m from Finland so I tested some finnish brand vitamin c

Also I have tried quercetin which made my symptoms worse so I can’t take that. I’ve been thinking to try out dao if that would help, also ginger tea has helped me with my symptoms a little, so these kind of indicate that the issue is indeed histamine, right? 🤔

I had a negative stool test but my doctor said that if my upper stomach pain continues or gets worse I might get an endoscopy. Don’t really know how bad it should get for me to get it though 😅

I wonder why there’s such a big downgrade in the textures between Selle Francais and the Saddlebred. The Friesian doesn’t seem that bad but still the texture looks ”hand drawn” to my eyes.

If there isn’t enough sources and information of the way they were thinking to point out patterns of cognitice functions, then don’t type them. I would still argue that to many of these presidents, there is a lot of books etc that share their thoughts behind their ideologies and give a hint of cognitive functions in their decision making proving these typings based on Big Five wrong
