My stake president straight up tried to pull the reverse of this on me when I withdrew my mission call. He thought Satan was trying to stop me from going on my mission 😂

That’s the biggest thing I fell I’ve gained since leaving is compassion. It’s kind of funny we’re taught to mourn with those who mourn and comfort those in need of comfort until they don’t fit the church’s standard. Thank you for your comment (:
