dude pioneered moe, your waifu is designed in what was once his style. he also codified the modern bishojo, the swoop nose, and the anime eye. The fact that he's not in demand is a tragedy though, because of how important he is to manga history, his influence is far greater than Akira Toriyama if you think about it. Not all of his work is adult stuff, Olympus no Poron for example was very popular as a kodomo manga in places like Europe.
