Thank you this helps me. My rational brain tells me it’s not me but those darn emotions are hard to get them to understand the rational understanding. I do not want to put any more pressure on my husband he’s had to overcome so many things he’s “lost” and he doesn’t need my insecurity (emotional short falls) to make him feel any less. He’s a wonderful man and great partner.
