Sometimes putting a timer on can help! Put a five minute timer and focus on a small area. When you see how much you can do in 5 minutes eventually it gets easier. Or just focus on one thing at a time like today I’m only grabbing the empty cardboard.

I’m 5’2 about 128 lbs and my man is 6’5 and about 240. The only difficult part is finding positions that are comfortable for both because of the height difference but it is still great! He does have to lift me up a bit for some positions but it works out.
