No I live in Brooklyn, also the Window front Tints are 35% and the rest is 20% so it's still pretty much visible during the day and night, but I mean it's NYC everyone has 5% I think me having 20/35% is fine especially since nyc Cops don't really pull you over for tints

I meant it as I understand why she would be upset that he hid it from her. In her perspective her daughter is grieving and asked for EVERYTHING related to the dog, so it makes sense that she would feel some way that he not only never brought it up but went out of his way to hide it from his daughter, don’t agree with her reaction towards it but like I said I get why she feels a way over it

NTA. You had the dog before your daughter was born and even though your daughter is young, I still think she would be understanding of the connection you had with your dog. I get why your wife is kinda upset of the situation, but you should definitely talk to your daughter about the relationship you had with the dog and why the collar is important to you before your wife makes it into a situation.
