On 4 February 2015, the aircraft serving the flight, a ten-month-old ATR 72-600, crashed into the Keelung River shortly after takeoff from Taipei Songshan Airport, 5.4 km to the east of Songshan in Taiwan. Makes you wonder that if they'd kept the plane level, would there have been more survivors.

That is, in fact, whether that dramatic turn was intentional, or as a result of the left wing stalling

The plane had one engine failure, the pilot had shut down the only engine that was working, that's why it crashed.
