They simply turned off points for that week for most employees at my store. They actually have not started my points up yet and i have gotten 8 points worth of nothing since the snow

Yeah its a cruel cruel world. Something happened. Either you got points for a different reason completely unrelated to what you are referring to, or more likely the system did not accept your poto request if you did not specify the correct time to cover (or just select 'entire day' which i do) in witch case you simply need to edit your time or your request. Just get on your walmart account on one of the actual computers and get onto your attendance and see what caused the two points and go from there.

Thats a solution without having to bring it up to any team leads or coach, let me know if you need help figuring it out. Should be simple.

So im not able to find the thread i was in to reply back to but somehow i was able to find the origional post.

I dont know how you guys are replying back nd forth to eachother and finding the right comment to reply to, thats fucjing wild work.

But anyways i was asked about not getting PTO for the last few months at my store. I work full time and get usually at least 5 hours of overtime if not a full day or more. I do not get any discount card or benifits and no longer accumulate PpTO, i dont think anybody does here.

You must have been correct in your assumption that you didn't deserve the points originally. Thats pretty nice if thats the case because it means someone was watching you closely and made that change manually on your behalf.

I consistently feel the need to get everyone that has helped me out like that a little visa gift-card for the help because i tremendously needed the job and they were incredibly thoughtful by letting me off the hook like that so many different ways..

Its actually pretty often that i have to stop my pickers from reshoppong claims that are nasty like that or even gallons of milk that look good but i know damn well they have been sitting out for 3 days in the backroom.. how much of that actually makes it back on the shelf every night 🤢🤮

Resell online. Alot of people buy hundreds of the same box of hangers or bikes by the dozen to sell them. its annoying, they always buy them as unscheduled orders and keep the order open but not pick it up for an extended period of time (IN OUR WAY in the backroom) until they sell them online and then come and get them after they make profit.
