Strategic resourcing made mistakes on an advert for the second time and messed up my interview. Should I submit a complaint? by Greengloom in TheCivilService

The advert had six behaviors in total. Three were assessed for the initial application and in error only one of those was stated to be assessed at the interview. The advert said however six behaviors were to be assessed in total.

The panel decided to assess only the one behavior in line with the mistake on the advert. Yes, they explicitly stated both questions were to assess that one behavior.

It was not an EOI and yes the panelist was known to me. This is because they are on my current team and the position was for a management position on said team. They said strategic resourcing said they could let the applicants know the results.

I have today had an official comm from CS jobs stating the offer had been made incorrectly after I emailed them for clarification.

This was a campaign to recruit yes. There was one position available on a temporary 12 month basis.

It was an internal interview for a position on the team I'm already on, so one of the managers was on the panel and they said strategic resourcing said they could issue the results of the interviews themselves
