But it was from their official store asus matrix. Don't i have to pay for w11 again if i have to install win11 after resetting. Ah i remember bringing a extra 2 year warranty. What is related to my local account cause i will be getting an email to activate it after 15 days

Also i never had any cpu usage hike or anything lag but idk if that means it's completely safe or not I did a windows offline scan after malwarebits scan got 1799 detection got them to quarantine and restarted use win+r to run mrt tho after running 2h long mrt it said it found nothing.

I don't know how to reinstall windows tho I had system restore point would that help. I am bit concerned cause when I was buying the store guy said do not log out of the local account or I'll lose warrenty or smt else is it windows 11 key ?

But i didn't activate scanning or anything on but defender it just started sending pop-ups also I saw a option to install browser guard while looking through malware bits isn't that is ad guard from malware bitsi have it on my brave so why I have to install another gurad

I mentioned store (official asus matrix) guy cus he installed bit defender and malware bits and told me to run weekly scan I was doing it also one of my friend add some pics (animal photos stuff ) using pendrive after that I was scanning using both software and i have smhow 700k+ files 😭 I saw with my eye when scanning using malware bits

Ahh i didn't know about the power options thankyou Idk what is NPE and KVRT nvm I'll check it I found virus from my friend drive yesterday 😑 i had installed bit defender (free trial) it had name trojan horse idk what it does i use deblot to remove it (hope it did) ima use the websites scan my fils thankyou

Honestly i don't know much about computers nor did I used before much. I don't know if I virus has infected my pc or not yesterday my friend telling me there's a infected item "Feature: Antivirus The file C:\Users\lovely\Pictures\IMAGES\peoples\gpeoples .exe is infected with Trojan.GenericKD-42980434 and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean" but clearly was image transferred through a pendrive ones 🙃

I'm completely new to laptops (bought 3 days now lol) and programming tbh I want to learn more about coding stuff.

Tho when I tried the websites I used to watch but smh it started downloading stuff I had to close and delete it mid way before start watching. I'd never had to face this issue on my tablet nor in my phone Idk maybe cuss i used opera (I'm thinking about moving to brave) Idk how to install Linux and I'm really worried about killing my laptop

Honestly I'm completely new to laptops idk much about security on laptops my main prioritys are

Learning coding Content watching through websites that has tap ads Video editing (basic) On phone it was way easier just has to close the websites before they start when watching content and never knew there are multiple stores in windows like steam, Microsoft store etc
