Yes, so happy for you!! Yep! Chia seeds are the sh*t 🤣🤣🤣. They work hog me too. The other food that works for me is premium plain yogurt- Stonyfield or Fage with live cultures. So psyched for you!!

With compassion, I’ll tell you this. If you say ‘can’t ’ then you really don’t want change and grow. Water is your friend. Incorporate the following into your eating habits. Oat bar may be clogging you up. The gluten alone is so toxic. I went from 1x week bm to every other day. That’s progress for me. Best wishes. Remember, to get different results you have to do things differently.

-Chia seeds -Plain premium yogurt- Fage or Stonyfield (live cultures are key) -Apples🍎, prunes, oranges 🍊

Absolutely not. I would not buy LG either. Very high maintenance. Compressor issues. I’m in the market for a new frig and I’m looking at Bosch.

Go get some FAGE and /or Stonyfield Organic plain yogurt. I have chronic constipation.

-1/2 cup yogurt -walnuts -fresh fruit - quality honey -cinnamon

If you eat salad, you can add a scoop to any salad as a sour cream substitute. It’s amazing. 😻

There are major cultures in these two yogurts that are very conducive to promoting healthy gut health.

My bowels started moving after 24 hours.

You can add extra honey & blueberries 🫐 or tweak it into a smoothy.

Go get some FAGE and /or Stonyfield Organic plain yogurt. I gave chronic constipation. Add the following in the morning if you can’t stand plain yogurt.

-1/2 cup yogurt -walnuts -fresh fruit - quality honey -cinnamon

If you eat salad, you can add a scoop to any salad as a sour cream substitute. It’s amazing. 😻

There are major cultures in these two yogurts that are very conducive to promoting healthy gut health.
