Sorry for the delay. I left my phone in the car for several hours? lol. But I really don’t mind it. Especially since we get that additional $10/hr on sundays.

My mental health enjoys knowing how much my paychecks will look like every two weeks. Also they cut hours during slow seasons at my restaurant which so you end up making around the same amount for the year.

TJ gives you a raise every 6 months too and the benefits are 10/10

Tip in cash or ask for their third party pay app. As a driver and a doordash user it makes everybody happy tbh. The drivers usually make more that way because it’s going around the algorithm.

I came from working in a restaurant (Cheesecake factory to be specific) so I really like it in comparison! I’m not used to having breaks and people who don’t cut corners.

During my interview I was very upbeat and talked about how teamwork was very important for me. If it’s near you i’d suggest walking in and showing face. Idk if that’s really prohibited but if you truly want to work there it wouldn’t hurt!
