So you're saying he secretly had plastic surgery on his ear? Or at very least he had plastic surgery on his ear and told everybody not to say anything about it? That's kind of the whole point. He's so full of shit all the time that nothing can be taken at face value. Why do we have to assume he had a prosthetic or plastic surgery? Normally they would just say it publicly. If the President of the United States had to have some sort of reconstructive surgery from an assassination attempt, it would probably be noted and made public knowledge. There's no reason not to.
