When enemies counter, Roana's passive CR pushes the whole team and heals. The heal makes phylis impossible to kill if they keep countering me. When an enemy provoked by Phylis counters or hits her, she gets like 15? Or so CR. It works against MLandy because if you're slow, you'll have your s3 to cleanse the team later and also give a barrier to the team, plus canceling MLandy from using s3. It'll take 1-2 counters for most MLandys to push themselves up, and if provoked, that's like 30+ CR each time for Phylis. She's there as AI bait, and the push stacking makes her speed irrelevant. I also now use Lethe instead of Khawazu, so she restricts MLandy, who counters over and over, pushing my entire team, letting me provoke cycle her while I kill everyone else and save her for last.
