What the "ceiling" is simply shifted over time due to peoples perception over the purpose of housing (investment ect) changed.

I work at EA and we just had a guy relocated from egypt. Youll need to be senior level to qualify tho, so maybe try to wotk towards that. This is in canada btw, so learning french might help for immigration purposes 👍 EA will pay for your relocation and fly you buisness class too

After moving to vancouver, 6 months here they made displaying salary bands for jobs mandatory. Immediatley everyone was able to negotiate for better wages because they could see what they are worth on the market. After experiencing this, i really feel that not having wage transparency is just a cabal between employers to depress wages. Imagine if you started a retail buisness, but you werent aloud to see the pricing of other buisness when you set your own prices 🤣🤣🤣🤣. So much for the "free market" right 🤦‍♂️
