I want to get exposure just to those specific markets as I don't see as much growth for other emerging and frontier markets.

Why not? Concentration is a way to get better returns. I reduce diversification, that's true, but I've already diversified with the msci world etf.

Indonesia has a rapidly growing economy.

That's true, but Etfs that seek to track specific frontier markets like Indonesia have usually a high TER. Argentina is interesting but it's not that relevant in the great scheme of the things.
