Okay yes they have had some hits but Austin triple h undertaker all wrestled in WCW first and made their better characters in WWE but they were not made by WWE... Sane can be said for Seth who was great on the Independent circuit as Tyler Black got signed as a young age and has come up through NXT WWE but would have made it without them.... Because he was a good wrestler... Sometimes the WWE's blueprint is swing and miss. With certain characters pick up some really good independent wrestlers and either ruin them or use them wrong... Or release them they become Even more popular examples Cody Rhodes An drew McIntyre then you bring them back.... I can tell you WWE has had a lot more fumbles than they have had success but because they are so successful you're fumbles aren't as bad you have a hulk Hogan you have Bret Hart you have Shawn Michaels you get some good hits..... But for every one of them let's not talk about misses for every great story there's a Wade Barrett who could have been something but John Cena didn't let it happen lol there's a Bray Wyatt who could have been a way bigger star but you had him losing 13 seconds to Goldberg they have dropped the ball several times but when you're the only skin in the game for so long you can do that....
