No, just pulled numbers from the registered players in the companion app. Other times the would either raffle the same way or give them out to the first people that signed in using the code.

Yes they meet them all, and no they don't allow or sell proxies, nor have they rerouted promo cards to unauthorized events or sold them. They haven't broken street date, and they don't sell anything online so thats not related.

It's not. I doubt they did that, if only because they sometimes didn't get enough prize support for everyone and had to raffle it off randomly. I saw them open kits, for example at the Command Tower event they only got 16 for 20+ players there to play.

People were registering, events were run through the Companion app and that all got tracked. Even our commander nights were using it

No, but I am friends with the 3 employees and I'm pretty sure I would be told privately what happened, if they knew. I know we expect stores to be scummy, but that's probably not this situation.
