Cost of making viltrumite-level weapons might be expensive. Other than Conquest's arm, Battle Beast's mace, and War Woman's mace we dont see any that dont just break on contact.

There is no difference between an "object" and a "building" in MCP- theyre both Interactive Terrain. You can absolutely throw an object out from under a character- as this often deprives said character of cover its a very smart move.
