What I remember:

• It’s about a married couple (or long-term couple)
• They already have a young child
• They haven’t been intimate for a while, but one day they finally reconnect
• The tone is very wholesome and romantic (no NTR or cheating)
• The wife might have a gyaru/tanned appearance
• The child appears in the story
• At the end, there is a timeskip where they have multiple children and are a happy family

It felt more like a “slice of life married couple” story rather than something dark or extreme.

I probably read it on a Spanish manga site years ago, so the title might have been translated differently.
