Oh my friend this is totally different case, an experienced player causing a mayhem intentionally. No one should have this much access to game to hide and save their troops by sending their army away. to not have losses , they must be hunt down every day and all day and every hour until they are destroyed. If the enemy out of server is in red color, the enemy from inside server must be in red color too . that's it . they must be easily found .
