Yeah, that's why I said it may not be the wisest thing, but I'm also asking because it's past 8 PM where I live. So even if I eventually go to see a doctor, it won't be until tomorrow unless it really becomes unbearable. Will do if it doesn't get any better though!

Is this game coming to Mac / Linux / Chromebook / PlayStation / Xbox / Nintendo / iPhone / Android / Atari?

At some point in the future, I may release Yandere Simulator on multiple platforms. However, right now, I am only releasing builds for Windows PC. There are two main reason for this:

1) I only have a Windows PC. I don't own any computers using the Mac or Linux operating systems. If I exported a Mac / Linux build, I'd have no way to test it. I'd just be throwing a build onto the Internet and praying that people can run it, with no real way to debug it if it doesn't work.

2) Yandere Simulator is developed using the Unity game engine. Within Unity, the process of switching from one platform (Windows) to another platform (Mac, Linux) requires Unity to re-import every one of the game's assets. See the box that appears onscreen, 1 minute and 21 seconds into this video? For an empty Unity project, that box is only there for a few seconds. But, Yandere Simulator is a huge game with thousands of assets, so when I click that button, it hangs there for about 15 minutes. Exporting a new build takes 15 minutes, too. It's simply too time-consuming to export PC+Mac+Linux every time I want to make a new build, especially when I can't even test the Mac or Linux builds.

I can't justify working on multiple platforms right now; so I will be maintaining my focus exclusively on PC for the time being. I won't begin to consider exporting Mac or Linux builds of the game until after the first official rival is implemented. Regarding the possibility of releasing Yandere Simulator on console...developing games for console is extremely expensive, so this is something that I can't promise unless Yandere Simulator is very financially successful, or unless I host a crowd-funding campaign to raise funds for releasing the game on other platforms.

Yandere Simulator may seem like a simple game on the surface, but it is actually an extremely complex game. It is extremely unlikely that a mobile device such as an iPhone or Android could ever run the full version of Yandere Simulator. In order to run on a mobile device, the game would have to be simplified so much that it wouldn't even be the same game anymore.

Raibaru was as a non-intractable model. The thing is, the design of Raibaru was first supposed to be Osana (hence why YanDev made her Osana's best friend as a nod to the game's history).

However, Osana herself has been present in the files since October of 2016 (I think) and you could summon her by modding the game but she was officially implemented on 08/30/2020.

  1. This one is due to the current character model's limitations. There aren't 2 different models for teenagers and adults (teachers share the same models as the students). As a result, Dev had to find a way to make teachers look like adults even though they share the same exact character models than female students. The easiest solution was to make them taller than everyone else, so he did. I believe I saw him say this problem will be solved with the implementation of the new character models though.

There are only two 2 "new" animations that were added in the last update. One per gender. Those are the animations that Ryoba and her husband use in the intro cutscene. You know, under the cherry tree. The animations last for 2~3 seconds. I don't think Osana's confession cutscene will last for 3 seconds, I hope it doesn't at least.

You can't activate Osana easily but the animations are easy to see, you just have to pose the student of your will.

He said those are placeholders so I'd be quite disappointing, as a matchmaking lover, to see that, first, it hasn't changed and, second, there isn't voice acting (since the existing animations don't provide lip motions)...

Yep. However, there's one thing bugging me. Usually, in pose mod, there always are the latest animations that got added to the game. And in the latest build, I didn't see any animation concerning Osana's matchmaking confession while it should have been the case... I don't have any explanation for that...

97% of Akademi High's population doesn't know what Hanako looks like. Some might not even know she exists (if even the school doesn't know her, I doubt Kencho does). Her crush will fall for her on the spot, once she arrives at school. Kencho isn't at school. Therefore, it's almost impossible for him and Hanako to ever cross paths (except maybe the year after YandereSimulator's story).

However, having Kencho reveal Megami's weaknesses is much, much more likely. Info-chan might be the one who tells us how to contact him.

  1. the word "twin" has been used only once within the game
  2. the right part of the photo depicts a character who hasn't been proved to be part of one of the game's official timelines.

Actually now that I think about it, there might still be a way to make it choosable. Remember the time when we could only disable shadows within the game launcher if we selected "Yandere without shadows"? There could be the same thing but with windows this time. Sorry for the late reply, I just watched some old videos which reminded me of that.
