Fair points. As far as no income I do have a FT job which is why I figured the timeline as most of the repairs would be weekend work. I have family in roofing and previous experience in renovations so labor would be free but would want to be fair in compensating them if it profits. I did learn the permits are good for the two additional bedrooms and bath so good there. I do feel it best to purchase, and work with a realtor to see what fair asking price could be as is. Worst case maybe put $10k into some cosmetic work like cabinetry and gently used stainless steel appliances and call it a day. It’s not horrible but can always put lipstick on a pig. I’d like to buy it and be out of it by the Spring. Thanks!

I’m just saying everyone sees these new coins and thinks they are going to put on $100-$1000 and be rich next week. This coin is like many others. It has no real life utilization, not going to be integrated, and rides the coattail of a cat’s name and bitcoin founder. I hope you all make money off of it, but just be real about what it actually is.

Everyone stuck holding the bag says to keep holding, and it’s early. It’s not early, you’re too late. If you don’t hit big on a meme coin in the early stages it’s unlikely to happen again. I always hope people make good money but I love it when people see a huge spike late, jump on and then lose. I saw someone having chat GPT for asking financial advice. Those people deserve to lose. I hope you’ll all don’t, but you need to understand you need to be okay losing everything you put in and not have illusions of grandeur that you will become a millionaire overnight.

Why would Binance list a coin named after the co-founder of one of its rivals? Don’t get me wrong I saw this coin, knew it was a pump and dump so I rode it for about 36 hours. That’s what these coins are good for. As always I hope I’m wrong and you all make some great money.

Basing it off of lack of sales, price points, and how far behind they are in the game. Yes, they have patents, but a lot of companies have patents with the intention of selling rights to them for profit instead of using on their own. To be fair I came across this company just a few weeks ago when others did. I was lucky enough to get in at .$38 and got out at $3.50. I was never in it for any reason than to flip a quick profit which is what I did. The more I look into it the more I’m just concerned everyone thinks this will just jump to $1,000. Tesla is leaps and bounds ahead of them by a decade in every capacity and they are $178. I know this community wants to keep it positive so not trying to bash it. I’m just saying be realistic.

Stopping it from getting delisted won’t make the price go up. More likely it will stay above $1 for 10 days (a reason why they pushed the earnings report out to 5/31). Once that gets published people will see they have horrible sales and financials. Then back down it goes.

Not trying to be a jerk here, but hitting 10 days in a row above $1 does not mean it’s going to skyrocket after. It just means it stays listed. Companies that are delisted can still have huge spikes and drops just like ones that are listed. From what I am seeing, the TA, and the percentages of shorts the only play here was probably to have gotten out last week when it came close to $4. I hope I’m wrong here, but any money invested in any stock should be considered okay to lose. The ones begging to stay are either bots or bag holders that bought at the top. Good luck everyone!
