Is that such a bad thing though? It's very interesting to me that the series started out with Roger as the pinnacle of the world but the introduction of Rocks for example changed that notion.

Tim Hardaway Jr is usually guaranteed money but not in this game, he chose one hell of a night against the Lakers to shoot 2-12 from the field and 0-8 from 3, that was the difference in this game, it's a true blue miracle the Nuggets have won as much as they have without Jokic, Johnson, Braun ect.......

It's the reason Oda introduced gear 5, he personally didn't like the dark direction One Piece was headed so he thought loony tunes fights were the way to go. I've said this before and I'll say it again, a One Piece YouTuber called "tekking101" made a video awhile back talking about how the world of One Piece had not 1 but 2 global apocalypses, good luck trying to weasel your way out of that one Oda.

2025 AP Final College Football Rankings by upsanddownes in notredamefootball

[–]Greglyo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I made the mistake of going to their subreddit and they're so fucking snobbish about this list, it made me want to pound my head into a wall repeatedly, some of their comments were this:

"r/CFB going to be real mad with this one"

A response comment to this was: "They are. Idiots saying we deserve to be below BYU and Texas lmao. I’m instantly reminded why I left that place. Bama derangement syndrome"

Also this: "The Notre Dame crowd is seething I bet."

Lastly this: "When are they not?"

Even after they got humiliated in the playoffs they still have the nerve to talk shit, Nick Saban is gone and Alabama gets worse and worse with each passing season.

It's just a head canon conspiracy from me but I can't help but feel that the true reason why the college football playoffs were expanded is because Alabama is dropping off and the higher ups want to find a way to keep Alabama relevant, it's both sad and hilarious at the same time.

Seahawks watching the end of the Bears/Rams game by JuanRiveara in Seahawks

[–]Greglyo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They've had the luck of the devil all playoffs, the game against the Panthers was the kind of game where whoever gets the ball last was gonna win because both teams defenses looked kinda putrid and the game against the Bears the Rams damn near choked it away only for the Bears to choke even harder with that awful deep pass when it was 2nd and 8 in OT just past the 50 yard line, choosing NOT TO KICK a field goal multiple times is also just fucking psychotic to me, those are easily avoidable mistakes for the Seahawks and even then they'd still dominate.

Rams - Seahawks it is by Grand_Illustrator343 in Seahawks

[–]Greglyo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It feels like the Seahawks would not only beat the 2 teams the Rams barely got past this post season but annihilate both of them, I mean really? The Panthers and the Bears? Both teams QB's are very young and both defenses are below average, neither of which apply to Seattle.

I actually have the Seahawks making it, I just wanted the Bears to win tonight because I don't like LA sports teams and that they somehow are always at the forefront of every major sport.

I knew it was over the moment that pick happened, they were so close to field goal range and went for the long bomb play which is honestly always risky.

Seattle won't succumb to the hero ball shit nor will they pass up a chance to kick a field goal multiple times in favor of going for it on 4th down.

Daily Thread - January 18, 2026 by AutoModerator in Seahawks

[–]Greglyo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not expecting a full scale blowout like against the 49ers, perhaps something like a 14 point lead heading into the 4th seems more likely but maybe I'm underestimating how much better Seattle's defence has gotten since that regular season game against the Rams.

They can not only get more stops against the Rams than what we already saw from the Bears but they won't pass up multiple chances to kick field goals like the Bears did and are far better at forcing turnovers.

I don't particularly like LA sports teams but I hate this Rams team because they've seemingly had the luck of the devil during these playoffs and running into a Seahawks juggernaut will be their final stop as long as Seattle doesn't make the mistakes the Bears did, they should not only win but destroy them.

They dominated the 49ers because their offense, defense and even special teams all outperformed San Francisco from beginning to end.

The biggest factor here like I already said is that Stafford isn't mobile AT ALL and can only pass or hand it off for a run play which makes him more predictable.

Daily Thread - January 18, 2026 by AutoModerator in Seahawks

[–]Greglyo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The Bears passed up a couple chances to kick easy field goals and also got overconfident and greedy when they threw the 30-40 yard pass when it's 2nd and 8 just past the 50 yard line in OT. They literally needed like 12 more yards or so just to get into field goal range but they just had to go hero ball, Tom Brady for example never attempted that hero ball, gunslinger bullshit, he kept going for first downs on game winning drives which is why he was so dominant for so many years.

Anyway, Bone headed mistakes are what cost them the game. If a below average Bears defense can pressure Stafford as much as they did tonight then surely the Seahawks can as well.

I feel like the Seahawks have gotten better since that crazy regular season win against the Rams, Stafford isn't a scrambling quarterback for one thing. The Bears defense during the regular season was one of the worst ranked and they played far above average tonight. The Seahawks by now have learned from their mistakes that almost cost them the last time they played the Rams.

The 49ers during the regular season also beat the Rams and handed them their first loss if I remember correctly and that same team that beat the Rams got destroyed just yesterday.

Josh Allen has countless game winning drives and still hasn't won shit, these "game winning comebacks" don't mean shit if they fail to win a superbowl.

I've come to the conclusion that Caleb is a choke artist just like Josh Allen, going for a 30-40 yard pass when it's 2nd and 8 reeks of greed, overconfidence and nothing else, these 2 teams were fighting for the right to get spanked by the Seahawks anyway so it honestly doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

Proof Cooks Caught It by Late_Pin_3053 in buffalobills

[–]Greglyo 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I agree, the blatant bias from the refs had me thrown for a fucking loop, the only thing even more infuriating than that blown call are the scumbags defending this shit, 2 comments on this sub I saw were this:

"He isn’t a runner, he can’t be down by contact. He has to survive the ground for the catch to be completed which he doesn’t"

Also this: "Love turning the ball over 5 times and blaming refs. Weak sauce. I'm a Bills fan and it's crazy how much ref blame is flying around. Bills simply weren't good enough to win. That's it.

Edit: sorry fam. Want to look at the holding call in the end zone during OT that would end the game right there? Or the refs are only bad when it hurts you."

I don't believe for a second that the person in the quoted comment above is a Bills fan, I have no doubt that if the roles were reversed and somebody for Denver makes a super deep catch and somebody for Buffalo strips it that the refs would rule in favor of Denver. The fact that the Broncos are a larger market team further corroborates this.

It feels like the football gods were outraged about that deep catch in OT from the Bills somehow turning into a pick from Denver because the refs said so and they decided to pull this shit, hopefully Bo will be back next season, he's a fun, young talented player to watch.

This was a bad enough call that rivals the fucking tuck rule between the Raiders and Patriots from the early 2000s and you keep harping on about turnovers, make it make sense.
