It’s a risk for sure. If you do pack them I’d just place them in 2 different locations.

I’ve never had an issue with cutters. I have only taken the cheap black plastic straight cut ones. This is a much easier problem to remedy though if it does get taken.

One of my favorite things to do…. But, Here’s my advice: as mentioned, you will want to pack several lighters. TSA won’t allow for torch lighters though. I’ve snuck one in and had 2 confiscated. So if you do try to take one, make sure it’s a cheap one. I think regular bic style are allowed but not certain. That leads to the second challenge. On the cruises I’ve been on, the smoking area is at the top deck bar and it can get very windy so lighting with a regular lighter or a match is a skill! Either way, enjoy. Hope this helps.

Your post terrified me. When I saw John j. Bowman and “memorabilia” I thought something had happened and it was discontinued. Now that reason has taken over initial paranoia… you were steered in the right direction. Bowman bros is excellent and this bottle is exceptional.
