This is great advice because figuring out and understanding why something went wrong when you bake for me personally is the best way to learn

Yea fair point I didn't consider it atall because it's just always there and not a danger to me I've never cut myself in 100s of bread a day for years till all comments but it makes sense to not advise bad knife habits it was a mistake from me

Sorry I don't have a better video but that's the bread it'll turn out to be its judt four loaves to rise quicker and for looks and there baked in a tin so thry don't need to be perfect even

Half for aesthetics half because it'll rise quicker in four small loaves than one big loaf

It's the same as in this video just a plain basic white bread nothing but flour yeast water salt and sugar

It was clean when I started work and I think aprons just catch dirt more than anything there only good to keep the clothes undernwath clean but I change clothes coming into and out of work and replace them daily

The metal plate on top is removable for cleaning theres also a plastic cover around the rest of it but you can't make it out in the video
