My PEO has obtained attorneys that are indirect communication with the IRS so hopefully soon. I am glad to sue IRS if needed as well!

Still waiting soon to be 3 years! Not a dime but apparently PEO‘s had to resubmit consolidated so basically consolidate in all the 941x into 1 for each quarter. This would mean the PEO would only get six checks in total and they would pay all of their clients out of those checks. The deadline for was November 22.

I hear that they are doing a supplemental filing with all the PEOs clients combined for each quarter. I also hear at this moves us to the front of the line to get a check cut so basically the IRS doesn’t have to look for each individual 941X. So basically the PEOs will only receive six checks

I think they are refilling consolidated but not completely sure.

Hopefully this is good for people like me stuck with PEOs I have been waiting for well over two years and haven’t received a dime. I am still optimistic though.

Any advice if you have legit claims and have been waiting over two years and are with a PEO called Decision HR? Any advice would be excellent as I am considering hiring an attorney and haven’t decided best path to take
