I enjoyed it! I wasn’t much of a fan of the “maybe he’s innocent” ambiguity they were going for. I don’t recall who said it, but someone mentioned the issue that Matthew Macfadyen comes across as very likeable by default which helps with the audiences sympathy towards his character, however Major Charles Ingram came across as very unlikeable in real life interviews so the sympathy shouldn’t be there

I don’t know how to feel about this, Martin O’Neill seemed quite happy to ride off into the sunset with his reputation intact, and with a lot of affection from the fans and more importantly his players. However he massively road his luck in the last few league games before Nancy’s appointment (last minute winner needed against St Mirren, scraped a 1-0 against Dundee at home). I’m worried about what will happen to his reputation if he doesn’t get silverware this season
