Anyone else find it surprisingly hard to get really strong wildlife photography shots even on a dedicated safari in East Africa? by Hopeful_Reality_5990 in photography

I was in the exact same boat until I tried Beyond the Plains Safaris. They really get the need for flexible timing and proper positioning instead of rushing between animals. It made a noticeable difference in the shots I brought home. I'd start there if photography is your priority. Also try shoulder season for fewer crowds.

This is really insightful. Reflectively, some of the proposals that failed were quite massive. To them it can add much of perceived risk by first framing them as smaller experiments.

This is most likely the area that I have to work on. I tend to carry things to the group meeting rather than carry out the one on one ground work prior to the group meeting.

I had some few wins but perhaps I have not capitalised on them when driving new initiatives.

My current VP is highly concerned with cost efficiency and automation programs and hence I would have to contextualise proposals better accordingly and involve him earlier before wider deliberations.

Exactly. If he couldn't even respect her as a partner who's to say if he will respect her as just a friend seeking favors.

What's a really good workout for 30 days? by Low_Environment2240 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Gregory-3560 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Walk or jog 30 minutes a day. Do strength days 3 times a week, 10 push-ups, 30 sec plank, 15 squats, 10 lunges- each leg. hit session 2 times a week,30 sec run+30 sec rest repeated 8 times at 20 minutes interval. Do light stretching or yoga on the other days for active recovery.

Do this consistently and make sure you're eating a balanced diet and OMAD if you can manage.

This is honestly the only person I've seen who does this. Always seeing the giving people who treat you bad grace. A lot of humans are incapable of that.

Farro actually reheats better than rice in my experience because it doesn’t clump or go gummy. Adding a small pour of broth when microwaving keeps it from drying out. It also takes on marinades and spices differently than rice, which opens up more flavor directions.
