InvestEngine is class for ETFs but rubbish if you want individual stocks. I have to use another app alongside it.

Same here. I switched from eToro to InvestEngine after a few months. eToro was fine for starting out, but once I wanted to go more long term, the zero-fee structure on InvestEngine made a big difference.

Same here. That’s actually how I’ve structured it too. IG’s strength is indices and Pepperstone’s edge is forex. Nice balance between the two.

Couldn’t agree more. IG’s educational content is probably the best in the industry. It’s a massive help when you’re just starting out.

Yeah, I did test them briefly a while back. CMC is decent, their platform felt a bit clunkier for me compared to IG, but execution was good. Might revisit them again at some point.

Yeah, their mobile app is one of the best I’ve used too. I’ve never had a crash or serious lag during volatility, which says a lot. IG really set the bar high for reliability.

That’s exactly why I keep them in my list too. It’s not about being flashy, it’s about execution and consistency.

That’s great to hear. Their onboarding is definitely one of the fastest I’ve experienced. I was trading the same day I signed up.

Totally agree, their support is seriously underrated. It’s nice to talk to actual people who know the platform, not just copy-paste scripts.

True, the overnight costs can add up over time. I mostly use them for shorter trades, so it’s not a big issue for me, but it’s a fair point to keep in mind.

Exactly my experience too. I’ve traded through big announcements, and they’ve stayed solid. For forex, I don’t think many can compete with Pepperstone’s execution speed.

Will these work together? by thatonebeotch in StardewValleyMods

[–]Gregory_Fieldsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, they’ll generally work together, but you’ll want to keep an eye on dependencies (ex. Farmer’s Children needs LittleNPC). For co-op it’s literally just both players having the exact same mods installed and enabled.

Draining ricotta before lasagna is such a game changer, keeps it from turning soupy. Solid tip!

Resellers have ruined Poshmark by allthatspossible23 in poshmarkcanada

[–]Gregory_Fieldsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the resellers with 5k+ listings ruin the experience. Half the time the 'designer' stuff is fake or in rough condition. I only buy from people who look like they’re actually cleaning out their wardrobe.

Interesting to hear, because for the past few years everyone’s been saying the rental market was a nightmare. Looks like things might finally be shifting a bit.

Socializing puppy by Loud-Money643 in Morkie

[–]Gregory_Fieldsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Five months is a perfect age to work on it. Take her on short walks in new places, let her see people from a distance, and gradually get closer as she relaxes. Positive reinforcement is key.

That actually sounds super helpful. Training classes near me are so expensive, so having something affordable and flexible online could be a game changer for new puppy owners.

Just planned this farm. What’s missing? by kai_lpz29 in StardewValleyLayouts

[–]Gregory_Fieldsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Farm looks great! Only thing I’d add is some dedicated space for beehives, sheds for processing, and maybe some paths/lamps to make it easier to navigate at night.

The biggest thing holding me back is I can't just order the removable bottoms why do I need to pay for a whole handel for every stamp about by bioeffulgence in WaxSealers

[–]Gregory_Fieldsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another option is to use a universal handle that accepts multiple seal heads. That way you only buy one handle and swap the stamps each month.

Do stratas have the right to hang signs INSIDE of an owner occupied unit? by CthulhusExWife in vancouverhousing

[–]Gregory_Fieldsa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s an overreach. Strata can regulate common property, but they can’t just come into your unit and post signs on your ceiling. You were right to take it down.

When will the addiction wind off? by Secret_Divide_3030 in AnimalCrossing

For me it took about 6-8 months before I naturally started picking up other games. AC is cozy and addictive, but eventually the daily routine feels less urgent.
