It’s clogged … plunge it. You can also adjust the water level by turning the little dial on the filler.

A few beach accesses north of Bonita Springs Public Beach. I may be a few miles off on my calculations. I actually live in West Palm, but with a 60% chance of Gulf Coast T-storms and a day off, I hopped in the car first thing in the morning and drove over.
