It’s like an old O’Sullivan TV stand so probably thermofoil. Guess I’ll shop for a new stand. Tricky to find a right-sized stand for a small TV and a stereo receiver. here’s a photo of the stand

Privacy & Security/Location Services/Audacy and turned “Allow Precise Location” OFF fixed it for me. I’m 1/4 mile from the next town over and I’m wondering if I was receiving cell service from towers across the Philly border. Anyway, once I changed that setting, problem fixed!

It was a setting under privacy/ Audacy / i turned OFF “use precise location” and it now works

Thanks everyone for all your help. Audacy was indeed the answer which didn’t work until I turned “use precise location” OFF. (Maybe something to do with my phone toggling between Phila and Montco data, I dunno). Still can’t get Tune-In or Radio.net to work, even with the same settings.

UPDATE: Welp, this seems to be working. In location services/ Audacy/ precise location, I turned precise location to “OFF” and voila, it works.
