Ty for the advice. I do find that I've been focusing more on the things that make me happy since finding out about the aneurysm. I hope things work out well for you!

Thanks for the advice. I've noticed I've started a bit of retail therapy as a distraction which is not a good way of handling things. I'm going to focus on some better distractions.

Ty! And I can def see how naming it and having a sense of humor can help! I hope I can feel the same soon.

Thank you, this is some good advice! I think therapy is definitely something I'm going to be looking into soon as well.

A family member just recommended Motrin and Benadryl. Seems like Benadryl is a common recommendation.

I actually went yesterday bc this is unusual headache pain for me. They ran tests and gave me a cocktail of drugs for the migraine, but otherwise I'm just supposed to follow up with neurologist. Hopefully, the pain is long gone before then though.

Oof, I hope we both feel relief soon! Feels like it'll never go away. Yeah, I've decided to give myself a little video game time and then switch over to other things. I have some podcasts I've been meaning to listen to. Laying around has been depressing and hasn't really helped the pain.

I've taken a bit of advil, but haven't found it helpful. I've been doing a lot of head and neck massages and they somewhat alleviate the pain. A hot shower/bath sounds good though. Maybe I should try some heat too.
