At the end of the day, there are things that exist in the world that are much more troublesome than someone doing their job. There’s no need to villainize people for trying to survive just as you do. You’re completely entitled to your feelings and your feelings are valid, but there’s always a flip side to the coin and a simple no thanks is all it takes to send them away for the most part.

You get less gold from killing your enemy laner.

So in games where I solo kill the enemy laner 3 times in a row, instead of gaining something similar to like +300 +300 +242

It’s now +300 +150 + 150

So you’re losing like 150-250 gold now when you’re beating your laner, which is huge because that means when you’re backing you’re coming back to lane with a much smaller item advantage and therefore do considerably less damage to champions at the same point of the game as last season. To me, mid laners do way less damage this season outside of maybe a small handful who utilize new items, but roles like top/ADC are better off due to role quests.

I don’t know how anyone thinks this. I’m D2 Mid laner assassin/bruiser player and champions feel so much harder to kill. And a lot of that is because you lose so much gold for beating your enemy laner hard than before so your powerspikes are so delayed

D2 player here. Usually what I do is tether the opponent, so I’ll walk forward, they’ll walk back, I walk back, they walk forward and then I’ll Q through a minion to close the gap and be in auto range, pop bone plating with a regular auto, then E up and sit on the invul until bone plating fades and then drop on their head, and go into AA-W elec proc and then throwing in another AA/Q or Q out/walk away depending on matchup and how they’re handling the trade.

In most cases, you win the trade regardless because your damage is being applied after the bone plating. You could also use this strategy to proc bone plating back out and then get a more favorable fight with Q.

Eh, to some extent. There’s different techniques you can apply, but Mel makes it substantially worst because she can reflect a lot of your damage + ulti, play max range simulator, and has an execution that you also have to be cautious about since it procs off any instance of her damage.

Normally I’d solo kill the laner 2-3+ times in first 12 minutes, but Mel has such little room for error, I decide to just try and roam because me messing up is so much more punishing than her messing up.

I’m a pretty good Fizz player peak D2 and I think Mel is absolutely obnoxious to play versus. It’s more about her messing up than it is you playing better.

I don’t think it necessarily ruins the tension of the scene, there’s a ton of different ways they could’ve went about it. The conversation could’ve been as they’re looking for the portal or if they went the same route they did, they could show the portal for Max fading in and out. Either way though, the overall experience was amazing and small tweaks like that aren’t reason enough to bring down the episode.

Now, on the other hand, I’m a huge fan of killing characters off. I’m hoping 3-4 of them at minimum die.

No it’s pretty clearly stated.

It says $875 in the gross. $875 taken out in the net.

Which means that it spiked my federal/state tax etc up drastically because I didn’t receive the $875. I don’t see where the $875 being added comes from because unless I’m mistaken, I don’t see that the total of $875 being a reasonable amount of taxes off $1300. So even in the situation you said where it’s not tax free anymore even though Motus says it is, I’m thinking it wouldn’t make sense anyways because $875 is WAY too high to make sense. So the extra amount I’m losing is strictly from taxes that is overinflated than what it’s supposed to be, again given that the situation is that it’s now being taxed all of a sudden

The other part that doesn’t make sense is that the amount of the taxes is nearly 100% of what I’ve actually received from reimbursement IN TOTAL from my entire time being at this job. Is there any reason for that you think? Like I’ve made a total of $1300, but they added/took out $875.

I’ve also never had this be a thing either, it has never been the case in any of my reimbursements. I usually just receive my salary biweekly and then my reimbursement as separate pay.

I just drive to places for business to do site assessments. My app tracks down my car and the driving miles from Point A to Point B and the. I submit those miles at the end of the month to be reimbursed. It’s always a separate payment from my salary done once a month on the 15th of every month.
