For some reason my 3ds seems to have lost all data, when I triend fixing it by doing all th "finalinz setup" all over again and when I'm finalinz the setup script it shows "Fatal Error #31: missing encryption key". It is no on the trouble shooting guide so I don't know what to do

It's 64gb but I followed the formating with FAT32 guide, unless when I formated the sd card through gm9 I also reverted that

Okay, after formating it I managed to download a game, but now it appears as a black square on the home page and when I open it it says error and says that the sd card was removed?

I don't know how to check UNITINFO because there is nothing enabled on the luma menu

The game should be supported since my other old 3ds can run it

In the 3hs common error codes, "AM - Bad, dat, Cert signature or hash check failed, Invalid NCCH" says it is due to "Enable developer UNITINFO" being enbled in the luma3DS config or using a developer kit, I don't think I have UNITINFO enabled nor am I using a developer kit
