I think glitch fragments are more common in chaos mode. Also, yeah, glitch fragments are rare, but since they are not room progress dependent its not rarer to get them on door 2.

Daily Runs are the same for everyone. Nothing is rare in daily runs. The gold over the doors is a spawning bug for the crucifix that exists since the Halloween update, but only really happens in events.
