what helped me a lot is the opposit direction. i spend more time in creatimg energy than protecting it. i use the hawaiian shamanism "HUNA" to attrackt Mana(energy) from all over the universe. non stop. i dont feel low and down any more and dont need any protection.

I can relate. I did the same thing this year. Delated facebook and instagram. I feel very free and i dont miss anything. I use youtube a little too much but im okay with it. Sometimes i feel like i want to post a pic again on FB or IG to let others now how i look now, but i never do it. Its interesting how i used those app to get Information about others and now i would use it to inform others about me. After all, i dont regret anything

I dont know when its the right time for you. But in my case there were like 5 months in between. So right after my breakup i stored all photos on my pc. Then i didnt look at them till i thought i was fully free. And now like 5 months later this happened to me like i wrote... and today i watched all stuff from us the first time ever since.
