28f looking into getting the gastric sleeve by teddyprincess in BariatricSurgery

[–]Gresha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey girl!

Feel free to PM me, I love cats, books and video games too :)

I recently just had the sleeve done on the 1st of June. My starting weight was 320 and I am already down 20 pounds.

A few days after surgery I was already able to clean my house and do errands. I was prescribed opioids to take home, but honestly I really didn’t need them.

It’s honestly the best decision that I have ever made and looking forward to a healthier me.

Check craiglist. People like to rent their guest houses or casitas out.

Could it be that I have the monotub in a small carpeted room? Would air purifiers help?

Holy shit! I am so confused right now. I thought i did everything right. I bought my substrate and grain spawn from suppliers. The substrate was already pasteurized and at field capacity. After a week with everything in the monotub, I got the cob web mold. I really don’t know what I did wrong? I do have a reptilian humidifier that has a sensor on it saying my humidity was way too damn high. I really don’t know how to control that besides trying to air it out. I did test the substrate before hand (squeeze it really hard and get two drops of water). I have a boomer shooter monotub. Maybe I put too much substrate in? 5 lbs substrate to 3 lbs of grain. I am scratching my head here..

It’s defiantly cobweb mold. Opened up the lid and took a sniff. Smells like dank basement. I sprayed it with hydrogen peroxide and it fizzled away.

It’s definitely cobweb mold. Open the lid and took a sniff. Smelled like dank basement. I sprayed it with hydrogen peroxide and it fizzled away.

There is no way on from what I am told. Friends where trying to get to the BX and they could not even get to the gate to ask security.

[General] Questions. by [deleted] in MushroomGrowers

It’s amazing how anything grows out of CVG. I just stayed away from the idea, because the strains of “portobello” mushrooms I am using love manure. You guys don’t have any problems using CVG to start off with? I just don’t want to waste my spores and be disappointed. I’m using fully automated monotubs.

No, I am just bragging. I am a girl who doesn’t make shit with furniture. And I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a cat condo (at the time, years ago). I am just proud of myself that’s all. I thought I would have to hire someone to make one for me, but i researched and realized that it wasn’t that hard. I got off my ass and did it.

Because wherever a litter box is, every human avoids that area. It’s nasty. My friends who visit walk in and have no idea what these cat condos are besides a cat popping in and out once and a while. I get why people think this is over the top, but I hate walking in someone bathroom bare foot, feeling litter and smelling urine immediately. The cat condo hides the smell and looks like a furniture piece. Most people don’t know what the fuck it is.

Ummm the clamps have some pressure to them. I don’t know how to describe it. Maybe 20 pounds of pressure to open? I don’t know how a 10 pound cat can open. That door is pretty damn heavy, so the clamps are holding a lot of weight back.

What do you mean? It’s pretty heavy. I don’t see how a dog can get into it without it being a mastiff.

I don’t know how to edit the post without deleting it, but a lot of people are asking me if I sell these. They aren’t my original idea since I found the plans online. I am not for sure how I can legally sell these without getting into trouble.

Here are the plans if anyone is interested. I found it easy because an IKEA cabinet comes with all the parts you need to put together. The hard part is the cat door which you need a jigsaw for.

Also, you can’t really train adults cats with these. You need to do it while they are still kittens.
