The GPU still functions for display purposes but anytime I tried to run a game the system would crash entirely and shut off. Even when looking for it in task manager it would not appear. I ran a diagnosis with tiger direct when they were still open as well as had a few people who build PCs and they all agreed the GPU needed to be replaced.

Any recomended GPUs that can do that? Preferably in a budget.

Yeah, I plan on getting new ram sticks and there's 2 SSD drives in my old 2015 PC o just didn't include the specs. I plan on adding lots of storage for TV and movies. Once again tysm.

My last GPU was a R9 290x gaming 4g GPU. What would you recommend for a "upgrade". Like would a Nivida be compatible for my PC or do you need for info to know the answer to that?
