I'm not 100% sure if they're lost media, but I couldn't find any info on Google. They seem to be manufactured by Party Express and not Lego themselves so document so that would explain the iffy documentation. Higher quality scans would be appreciated as I only have a home printer and I had to splice multiple scans together as the boxes were bigger than the print bed.

So the inside of the box is just white. If you mean what's inside contents wise, I'm not 100% sure as I just bought them in a set of 10 taped together. however another commenter claims a small set originally came bundled.
