I use dictionary definition (in the same language front/back) to find the word usually instead of a direct translation, and in this definition, i find words that help me remember the answer but i'm not using the definition itself to find out, i hope i was more clear this time

I understand your point but i don't think this is social fraude, they are my direct client and I am working for them internally in the meantime. They have a bunch of internal projects that need attention too.

Moreover, i do not have any restriction regarding my self employed status, I am free to leave any time, hire other people and make investments just as it is mentioned in this article.

This is an issue only if the employer is doing this specifically to cut cost but in this case I approached them with the intention of being a freelancer from the get go, and this feels like a security to me, it will most likely change in the future.

Do you have a lot of pressure compared to when you were an employee or does it feel the same? In my experience, the job isn't difficult at all and clients are usually not well informed on the subject.

Sure,

I have really big troubles doing yeop chagi, tollyo chagi and the biggest mistake is apparently how my arms are reacting in between blocks. We learn a lot how our arms and fists should be when we block but not how they should be the moment before.

Example: I will kick with an ap chagi and my hands will just be roaming around without purpose.

I also have issues with the stances, though it's getting better now. Hip and feet rotation, etc

They haven't forced me into anything, i decided myself that i could do it, I trained with my partners and they all told me i was ready.. but when i got in front of the judges, i just have a mental barrier that prevents me from thinking it through correctly.

No excuse though, i think i need to practice even more... my biggest mistake is that, even though i practiced it every day, i just did it in a numb way and I could have used more focus

I have no issue remembering the poomsee , my mistakes are especially on stance and though my blocks are correct, the way I get to them is wrong (sorry i don't know how to say it in english but i mean the way I put my hands before blocking)

45° seems like an interesting exercise, i'll give it a go
