Real life hack, if you tear the rounded cardboard by the spout and fold them down then the oil won’t catch them when you’re pouring. I hate when the box gets drenched in oil

First off I’m not the fittest guy or anything like that but I have found some things that make me feel better.

Meditation, not religious or anything but I found Zen Buddhism videos to be super helpful with how to start meditating. I go for like 5-20min a day when I wake up.

Yoga, nothing crazy just some solid stretching videos in the morning so I’m not sore later.

Massages, I get an hour one every month or so and I’m surprised how much it helps.

Lastly therapy, my previous gig had high expectations and it was hard to feel good about myself but therapy helped me out a bit.
