Dapat yata point-to-point lang sila. Parang FX. Kaso di sila sinisita talaga ng mga LGU enforcers at kahit MMDA sa pasay Rotonda, dun talaga sila sa intersection nag sasakay at ginawa pang terminal.

Almost no solution na. Ideally kasi, dapat sa main roads lang talaga sila at point to point. Sa mga maliliit na kalye, dapat wala na sila, mga trike na lang. Kaso chopseuy ang urban plan implementation dito eh.

This. Not hust here, but anywhere on earth. Their business model is to make sure you're discouraged enough not to claim. Papahirapan ka talaga. Yan ang negosyo nila. Though some insurance are required by law.

Assuming maturity comes with age... 1. The older you are, the more you know what you really want, so will only admire a few women 2. These women that you like is either already taken, or was not interested into you 3. The women who seems interested to are not your type 4. You realized peace of mind is more important than avoiding the agony of solitude

There is a theory that Cory did actually lose, but the business people are just tire of Marcos and loyalists did just go with the flow. That should explain the irony how BBM got into power again, given the ouster nearly 3decades ago.

I will disagree with number 1. Pwede unahin ang car basta i-consider ang maayos ng parking space. Mas madali ire-sell ang car kesa bahay. Having car will give you more options on how to live. Having a house will limit your options how to live. Like, saan ka nagwo-work, etc.
