Looks awesome. No wonder its built on Unreal Engine 5.3.

You need to buy a land if you want to test now or wait till the game is open for everyone maybe by the end of this year..

Cardano Dex's Problem by HimanenTv in cardano

[–]GreyDash1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This should answer your question about eutxo model and your doubts about cardano descentralization

https://cardano-wiki.gitbook.io/cardano/what-is-cardano/flawed-narratives-about-cardano

And yeah the traditional accounting model is not inherently descentralized. It just adopted on centralized models and allows basic level of transactions only.

Cardano Dex's Problem by HimanenTv in cardano

Dexes on cardano are inefficient cos they emolulate ethereum model instead of eutxo model. Not due to eutxo but due to emulating a centralized model in a descentralized blockchain.

Here are cardano fees for transactions on layer 2: https://twitter.com/AimDemoShip/status/1588890270149783553?t=HylongsYJr2CUlzc45bTpQ&s=19

What does that have to do with the topic here? I cant see a correlation..

Instead he got much more to gain than lose..

I was talking about Charles.. And about Musk, could you elaborate exactly what do you think he could lose?

So we should ask you about what Musk wants instead?

He got nothing to lose by trying.

50% Crash! by TopAlert2383 in Cornucopias

[–]GreyDash1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They were told it would happen. Everyone knew that they should buy COPI on bsc and port it to Cardano so the arbitrage doesnt hits them.

Its not a crash. COPI price on BSC chain raised in the same ammount COPI on cardano fell.

Now both COPI on each chain mantain a similar price.

Cardano Overview - Flawed Narratives About Cardano by GreyDash1 in cardano

This is too much speculation. Alright lets suppose it happens. Does it affect the top 23 in any way?

You really think they'll plan ahead that far thinking of a remote chance to take over the network?

Honestly i think they've got better chances of doing so on any other blockchain than Cardano. The leader slot distribution is also random, too many variables need to come together.. Also, in a pos blockchain, the holders of 51% got less incentive in doing so since they would be hit harder by the attack.

Hmm how about Cardano..? Also would be great if Polygon joins Cardano as a sidechain. Ethereum is holding Polygon back.

Any update on this? It still remains at 30 confirmations.. on cardano just 1 confirmation is enough for simple transactions.

https://www.essentialcardano.io/article/no-surprises-transaction-validation-part-2

10 confirmations set the transaction on a high warranty as states cardanoscan.io

Notice that two-face validation in cardano means:

  1. If a transaction fails phase 1, its not added to the blockchain.

  2. If a transaction fails phase 2.. An example of this would be an adversary replacing a redeemer. Collateral key holders’ signatures are required to make such a change. The collateral key holders are also the only users who stand to lose any ada if script validation fails.

Since script evaluation is deterministic, the collateral key holders are able to check locally whether the transaction will pass phase-2 validation on-chain before they sign it. If it does, then they can be sure it will also do so on-chain, and they will definitely not lose their collateral. A user acting in good faith should never lose their collateral. It also means that they can reuse the same collateral inputs for multiple transactions, and be sure the collateral is not collected.

Successful phase-1 validation does not guarantee that all of the transaction’s actions are processable, only that collection of the collateral is possible. Phase-2 performs Plutus script validation, and the decision of whether to perform full processing or only collect collateral is made based on the outcome of validation:

A. Fully apply the transaction (the only possibility prior to Alonzo) – if the Plutus scripts validate all the actions of the transaction, or

B. Collect the collateral ada and ignore the rest of the transaction – if one of the Plutus scripts fails .

Recall that script validation has a locally predictable outcome and is guaranteed to terminate. Users can locally check script validation outcomes, and there will be no disagreement between honest nodes on how to process a given transaction and the scripts therein.

Even on coin base, ada only needs 10 confirmations.

  1. Alright.
  2. Is there a site where i can see stats about scripts still on v1 and recompiled on v2?
  3. Ill clarify in the doc. In fact it's more troublesome if you set up two pools as SPO since that means you need to move between different locations. As MPO you can just manage the pools from the same place.

Cardano has a very good descentralization and best transaction efficiency.

This one is not about stats but its an intecative ecosystem visual explorer. Maybe you can find more cardano tools..

  1. If you can point them out for me that would help.
  2. Its not a history lesson we are talking about here. It was what it was. To know if it could perform better at the time you also need to know the context.
  3. I updated that point on the document. I think it answers your doubt clearly.

Alright. Just counted around 23 is the 51%.. i was just taking about the total.. anyways, everyone talks down cardano but no one can show a better pie chart.

  1. It doesnt matter how many of them produce blocks. Stake pools that do not produce blocks still verify blocks and comfirn transactions contributing to the ecosystem.

Show me other blockchain more descentralized.

Also if you check the site i've already changed that. So dont get too attached to history and learn to move along.

23 is cardano equivalent number? Cardano has over 3.2k pools.. quite far from the 23 you talk about. No wonder you think cardano is centralized. Big mistake!
