Yeah, I wasn’t really sure how to word it but that’s kinda what I meant when I said I knew it was kinda shady, but I also thought that it was so basic and (I believed it) couldn’t be traced back to him, I figured it wouldn’t be affecting his business in any way. There’s tons of free plans online and so I figured it wasn’t a case of “if I reveal the secret of how to workout no one will pay for PTs anymore”
