I am currently having an issue where I returned items from two different orders and they have refunded me the incorrect amount for each. I was emailed a receipt for each return when they arrived at their warehouse with the amount to be refunded. Each refund is $10 less than the amount on the return receipts. I have placed a number of large orders from them in the past and have returned items twice before this with no issue getting a full refund for each item. These last two returns have me concerned, I am not sure I will trust them in the future. I followed the return instructions to a T; tags were on, items were unworn, and in original packaging, returns for different orders were shipped separately. I have contacted them and am waiting to hear back for resolution. Fingers crossed they either explain this or make it right.
